Clearviews is a 2800 sq ft property located in the heart of the Shropshire Hills AONB with spectacular views over open countryside, but conveniently only 10m walk along the pavement into the peaceful market town of Church Stretton with pubs, restaurants, coffee houses, supermarket and boutique shops, and under half a mile to Carding Mill Valley and the Long Mynd.
Sleeps up to 10 adults plus children. Minimum rental is £1900 (weekend - low season) and £1700 (four night mid-week) but for best deals search 'clearviews holiday rental' on g00g1e maps and call/text Sara. Peak season from £2900/wk. Contact directly for weekday stays using only one or two beds.

Originally two 1800s cobblers cottages and now fully renovated as a large contemporary space, featuring open-plan chef's kitchen, sitting area with log burner, separate large lounge with another log burner, plus three staircases and five superking (180cm wide) beds each with its own en-suite (see floor plans to appreciate flow of the property). Enjoy incredible views from all rooms or while soaking in the hot tub or relaxing on the composite decking.

CLEARVIEWS is very well located for access from around the UK and for exploring the beautiful Shropshire Hills AONB and wider attractions the county has to offer including the historic towns of Shrewsbury and Ludlow, Ironbridge (World Heritage Site) & more. Day trips to Chester, Llangollen, Snowdonia and the Welsh coast are all feasible.

PLEASE NOTE: In consideration of neighbouring properties please do not play music outside at any time, quieten outdoor noise by 9pm and close hot tub by 10pm (see Booking Conditions for specific conditions). Although the property accommodates a larger group please note that parties and/or additional visitors to the property over and above those authorised to stay in the Booking are strictly not permitted without prior agreement. The hot tub is 4G connected and will automatically enter reduced temperature mode if used after 10pm and there is a charge to unlock. If your group is searching for a property to party outdoors late into the evening then Clearviews isn’t really suitable - unless you’re happy to move inside :-)
