A detached 2 bedroom bungalow set back from the road situated in a quiet, semi rural location. Its my home which I rent out when I'm away so lots of home comforts.
There is ample living space; consisting of a double aspect living dining room, a fully fitted kitchen, a conservatory to the rear and a patio and seating area.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Double bed in both bedrooms.

The space:
Additional to the living space there is a double bed in the main bedroom with ample wardrobe space, together with a chest of draws, a bedside table and an alarm clock radio.
In the second bedroom there is a double bed, wardrobe space, a small chest of draws and a Lap-Top friendly work space.
There is a conservatory to the rear of the property and a patio area.
Guest access:
You may find it easier to park larger cars in the lane as the driveway can be difficult to negotiate.
As the driveway to the side of the bungalow is shared with the neighbour, guests arriving by car are kindly asked to park in front of the garage at the top of the drive.
Check-in times are flexible as guest can check-in anytime from 12.00 on the day of arrival. Keys will be stored in a key box at the property.
Guests are kindly requested to let us know roughly their time of arrival so we can be sure everything is ready.
The property does have an alarm which is easy to use and we ask guests to set the alarm if they intend to go out.

The TV offers Freeview transmissions and the Satellite receives German, Italian, French and Spanish channels. Other foreign language channels can be selected.
There is also a CD/DVD player.
