This is a fantastic, fully equipped condo in Playa del Carmen close to everything. This is a big 2 bedroom (both with ensuite bathrooms, that makes everything much more comfortable when travelling) condo which we have furnished with modern furniture and equipped it with everything that you will need for a perfect holiday.

We are also the owners of a condo in Cancun (TripAdvisor property 4963169) and another one in Playa (9975786 also here in TripAdvisor). Please feel free to contact us, as we are very experienced hosts and would love to help you with any doubts you may have.

Here in Playa (as the locals call it) we have the best of 2 worlds: outstanding beaches (with fantastic beach clubs) and the famous 5th Avenue, both just 2 blocks away, but at the same time our condo is in a very calm and trendy neighborhood in a beautiful new building. The ocean views from the rooftop pool are stunning!

Coco Beach, which is only 300 meters (0.2 miles) from the condo, is a beautiful sandy beach. There you have the option of accessing the public beach. Also, just 500 meters away (0.3 miles) you have another great beach option with public access (at 38 street just by Mahekal Beach Resort).

If you are looking for a beach club, you have many options nearby: from the nearby Martina Club (just 2 blocks from the codo) all the to Mamita's Beach Club (probably the most famous Beach Club in Playa, with its famous DJs and trendy crowd).

So, you have the relax and unwind option at Coco Beach, the nice music with good food Martina, and the trendy/DJ/party option at Mamita's Beach Club. It all depends on what you like the most.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Humberto (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
