Villa Maravilla es un magnifica villa con piscina privada climatizada, jardines, casa para barbacoas y garaje. La villa tiene una cocina completamente amueblada y con una gran cantidad de utensilios, ademas de microondas, lavavajillas, tostadora, cafetera y licuadora , un comedor y un amplio salón con chimenea todos ellos con techos de madera, TV satelite, amplia libreria y juegos de mesa. Tres dormitorios (uno con dos camas individuales y dos con cama de matrimonio), caja fuerte, todos los dormitorios cuentan con amplios armarios, sabanas, toallas de baño y de piscina también se encuentran a disposición de los clientes. Un gran baño con jacuzzi y ducha, dispone de secador y un cuarto para la lavadora y plancha. Cerca de la piscina se encuentra la casa para barbacoas, con cocina completamente amueblada y un aseo, aquí puedes disfrutar de una excelente barbacoa a pie de piscina.

Los exteriores son espaciosos y con plantas típicas de la isla, también hay algún árbol frutal, cuenta con un muro y reja para asegurar la privacidad. Mobiliario de exterior asi como hamacas se encuentran en las terrazas y solárium. Hay un servicio de mantenimiento de la piscina y los jardines incluido en el precio de alquiler y tiene que hacerse al menos dos días en semana para mantenerlo en perfectas condiciones. A la llegada se informara de los días y horas que haremos estos trabajos de mantenimiento para no interferir mucho en sus vacaciones. WIFI gratis

Villa Maravilla es el lugar ideal para relajarse, está situada en el tranquilo pueblo de Villaverde pero no esta lejos de los núcleos más habitados como son Corralejo y Puerto Rosario y del pueblo pesquero del Cotillo. Esta a 20 minutos del famoso parque natural de las dunas de Corralejo. El pueblo de Villaverde con sus muchos restaurantes, pizzerías y supermercados está a solo 5 minutos en coche.

The location is amazing - the heated pool is a plus! This is a great family-friendly villa with a stunning pool and wonderful hot tub. Olga (the owner) was very friendly. We'll visit again!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Olga (the owner) a message.

If Olga (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
