TOO PARTICULAR Paula, may I draw your attention to the fact that despite your review rate our property's overall rate is quite high? The former average guests were so wrong? Were former bookers so mistaken no seeing such serious objections as yours? As to the cleanliness subject, you're "no OCD" but no explanation already given to you directly in previous messages has been enough - calima from the desert, surrounding vegetation, etc. Are you not too particular? I insist, our property complies with all sanitary rules. Did you read our note on the front door concerning regular jobs to get rid of insects and plagues? Must I point again that the swimming pool is cleaned and checked with all necessary chemicals by qualified staff regularly? Honestly, If you did, I don't agree you HAD TO clean the whole villa. Isn't this a big exaggeration? You're no OCD. Dear guest, didn't you see that our property listing doesn't show any safe? However, the house has got this facility for free. In fact you DEMANDED this facility. As the safe had been wrongly keyed it got blocked. A technician had to call to enable the safe with an extra expense of €15 which hasn't been deducted from your security deposit. I point out again, if you are right nearly all preceding guests are wrong, mainly three of them who have been here 3 times and several other ones who have been twice - all wrong. To end with, all guests are entitled to their own opinion so, I can understand you won't come back to our place. I wouldn't want to think a reduction in price is searched via some sort of compensation, right? But unfortunately, I'm convinced you are!! To sum up, I'm sure you will not come back to our place and, you can also be sure that I would not accept a booking from you at any price.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
