FISTRAL BEACH LOCATION ------ This is a lovely modern house, with fun coastal decor in beach hut style with whitewashed cladding ...... very well equipped with everything you could need !!

Just a few minutes walk to the beach -------- PARKING ON SITE, so no need to pay high parking fees at the beach !!

Also easy access to Crantock beach !!

Lovely new fresh decor and flooring for 2022, new modern furniture.

CHARMING QUIET COMPLEX, overlooking the world famous Fistral beach. There is an amazing feeling of being close to the sea here ! When you walk out of the door, and see the surfers in the sea, it really is a great start to the day !!

CHILDREN LOVE IT HERE -- there is so much space and gardens to play and relax.

COUPLES ALSO LOVE IT HERE ------ the perfect place to get away from it all. Ideal to relax in the swimming pool, while enjoying the stunning sea views!!

LEWINNINCK LODGE RESTAURANT + BAR is just at the bottom of the road. This has got to be the best Restaurant in Newquay. Fantastic food, amazing sea views and atmosphere !!

ACCOMMODATION :-

LARGE COMFORTABLE LOUNGE AREA ---- Lots of seating to relax, with 2 large sofas. LCD tv, + free view, laminate flooring. Patio doors lead out to patio, and gardens and outdoor space to relax. Stunning Sea Views from here. Perfect to relax on the patio, while keeping an eye on the children. The Swimming pool is in the communal area at the back of the house, this is always lovely and quiet, very relaxing !! Safety Locks on the Pool area for safety reasons.

FULLY FITTED KITCHEN --- Electric oven and Hob, Washing machine, Fridge/freezer, Microwave, Dining table for 4 guests. The kitchen is very well equipped with lots of utensils, cups, plates, everything you could need, we do even leave plastic plates, bowls etc, for children.

DOUBLE BEDROOM ---- Lovely comfortable Double bed, plenty of wardrobe space, drawers, under bed pull out drawer space, bedside drawers with bedside lighting ------ Stunning sea views here !!

TWIN BEDROOM ---- 2 single beds, lots of wardrobe space, drawers, large mirror, bedside lighting, pull out storage baskets under the beds. We can provide an extra Child's Chair Bed that unfolds if needed (suitable for child only) Please ask about this if needed for a child.

* When you look out of this bedroom window, you can see the surfers in the sea, it really is that close. --- Children love to be able to see the surfers from their bedroom !

FAMILY BATHROOM ---- with bath and over bath shower, shower screen, WC and sink with storage underneath, large mirror .

* THIS LOCATION IS JUST STUNNING, IDEAL CENTRAL LOCATION IN CORNWALL, 2 MINS WALK TO THE BEACH. RESTAURANTS CLOSE BY. SUITABLE FOR FAMILIES AND COUPLES, AND FRIENDS !!

WE HAVE SO MANY GUESTS WHO LOVE TO HAVE A SWIM IN THE EVENING .... while watching the Sun go down. Just perfect.

WIFI available throughout the house.

We are a family business, so we understand that your holiday time together is so precious !! We are always keen to ensure that your holiday accommodation is beautifully presented, always very clean, and well equipped !!

WE LEAVE LOTS OF INFORMATION AT THE PROPERTY WITH IDEAS FOR DAYS OUT ETC, TO HELP YOU TO MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR TIME IN CORNWALL !!

brilliant location,sea/beach only 10 minutes walk away

this was a great location,not for non-walkers though. we have a dog so have to walk anyway! town a good 3.4 miles away, but okay if you have a car lovely swimming pool on site, so you can just go sw… More

Why can't I call Jane (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jane (the owner) a message.

If Jane (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
