This cottage benefits from a large lounge dinner with a fireplace, the kitchen is in the extended part of the house with roof windows and a new modern layout with a breakfast bar, it includes a built in cooker and extractor, a dish washer and a fridge freezer, the down stairs cloak room houses the included washing machine. French doors open to reveal a compact south facing garden with decking area and a garage.
Upstairs has a light and spacious landing, with a large family bathroom and separate shower cubical, the master double bedroom has a built in wardrobe, and a good sized second bedroom to the rear of the house.
Entering the front door, there is a large tastefully decorated lounge and dining area which includes sofas (which can be utilised into extra beds) and a dining table and chairs. The lounge is also fitted with H/D TV with WiFi built in.
There is a separate utility room with washing machine and toilet. In the dinning area, there is cloakroom storage. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern white appliances, fridge/freezer, cooker, dishwasher and sink. There are public houses, wine bars and shops in the close vicinity. The Marina sea front is one street away with a promenade leading to the ruins of Sandown Castle and Deal Pier; for you to enjoy the sea airs and views.
