Beautiful and comfortable Beach front apartament in SANTA CLARA RESIDENCES, located in the Santa Clara beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Panama´s Pacific Coast.

92 sq meters (990 square feet) , two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and balcony. Totally furnished and equipped. Cable TV and internet is included in the rental price.

Main bedroom, with gorgeous ocean view features one Queen bed, closet and large bathroom. Inverter AC unit plus a celing fan; also a 42" TV is mounted in the bedroom.

Second bedroom is usually suited for kids, with a bunk bed with large matresses (easily two kids per bed). Bathroom inside the 2nd bedroom.

Open kitchen very well equipped with everything you could ask for.

Living and dinning area very comfortable, with a celing fan an also an AC unit. Large TV 58" is located by the living room.

There is a closed laundry area with a washer/dryer machine.

The balcony is wonderful. This apartment is located in a 7th floor (which is actually a 10th level); so the sound of the sea is the main feature.

This apartment is by the beach; waking up at the sound of the waves is unvaluable. The building is very nice with lots of attractions. About one mile away there is a Home depo type of store, a fish market, large drugstore, restaurants and large supermarkets, among other amenities.

Santa Clara is by far one of the most beautiful beaches in the near Pacific Coast. Just two hours from the city, where you and your family can enjoy of gorgeous and colorful mornings and evenings while you relax on the peaceful waters of the Panamanian pacific. Santa Clara is a paradise not so far away from the city, a land of white sand and blue and green water.

At day, you'll be able to enjoy walks in the beach, swim on the sea or just a calm evening by the pool. At night, you can enjoy restaurants a couole miles distance, or a quiet night at the beach while watching the stars that light the sky. Nights are also perfect for a campfire at the beach!

The building features beautiful common areas, a large swimming pool, kids pool, a well equipped gym, piano area, cinema room, children´s playground and direct access to Santa Clara beach, the most beautiful beach in the pacific coast of Panama.
