1 Tenby Lodge is a Cape Cod style beach house superbly positioned over looking Freshwater East Bay. The property has undergone a complete refurbishment in keeping with the beach feel and characteristics of it's coastal surroundings. This upgraded property has a fresh light interior perfect for a relaxing break .

The master front bedroom is fitted with a full shower en-suite, king size bed with easy access to its own fabulous balcony fitted with tables and chairs to enjoy the stunning views over Freshwater Bay. The second front bedroom has equally amazing sea and beach views from two windows. This lovely room is fitted with quality twin 3 foot beds. The third smaller rear bedroom is fitted with a double bed and has countryside views of the burrows. Off the landing is an excellent family bathroom fitted with a large double shower, great for washing away the sand after a wonderful day on the beach.

Downstairs has open plan kitchen fully equipped with all expected appliances whilst the living area has more than enough space to easily accommodate a party of six. Double doors lead outside to one of the largest balcony's available with stunning views across the dunes, also has gated access down a few steps to a fenced private garden safe for children to play.

Spacious parking for two cars or even a boat space with the beach and ramp access literally a stones throw away. This is a much loved family holiday home that we hope you can enjoy as much as we still do.

Strictly no BBQ's allowed on any of the wooden decking. Fire risk !!
The Grass area is fine.

Why can't I call Gareth and Katrina (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Gareth and Katrina (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gareth and Katrina (the owner) a message.

If Gareth and Katrina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
