Seabreeze is a semi detached holiday bungalow, with spectacular sea views on Linstone Chine Holiday Park. Unlike most properties on Brambles Chine which were built in the 1970s, Seabreeze stands out as a much newer and larger design being built in 2007 to a high specification, and is unique as it has no properties built directly in front or to the rear and as such enjoys a high degree of privacy,. Seabreeze is set in a very peaceful location and is south facing and enjoys the sun all day and late into the evening. Beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed in the evening over the solent. There is a childrens play area across the field allowing children to play within view whilst you relax in the sun.

Please note I am able to offer guests a 15% Car Ferry Discount with Red Funnel Ferries, please enquire when booking. I am also able to offer guests a discount with Wightlink Ferries.

We have a Smart TV with Netflix and free Wi-Fi 24 hours a day,

Large patio doors enjoy a wonderful uninterrupted view of the sea and sailing boats. There are wooden floors throughout with rugs.

We have a fully equipped modern kitchen with gas hobs, electric oven, fridge, microwave, and toaster.

Bedroom 1 - with double bed and its own door leading to a rear patio, which enjoys views of fields and farmland and is very secluded, ideal for quietly enjoying your breakfast.

Bedroom 2 - Two single beds, washbasin and doors leading to the rear patio with farmland views.

Bathroom - modern white suite which comprises of a bath and shower. Fully tiled walls.

Gas Central Heating is provided in all rooms and constant hot water. All heating and electricity is included in the price.

All bedding is provided, llnen is not but can be hired for a small fee. Please enquire when booking.

A few minutes walk across the field will bring you to steps leading down to the beautiful Colwell Bay beach, which is ideal for children, with seaside shops and also seaside cafes and deck chair hire. Colwell Bay beach also can be accessed within a few minutes car journey.

Interaction with guest

When you arrive at Seabreeze you will be able to collect your key from the key box outside the property. I will send the code to you for the key box after your final payment has been made. The bungalow will be available from 4.00 p.m. and please vacate by 10.00 a.m. so the bungalow can be cleaned thoroughly on your leaving day. There are local shops nearby including a small Sainsburys, Co-op. and a large Tesco store in Freshwater.

Thank you for your review and we are so pleased you enjoyed staying in Seabreeze. Unfortunately the on site shop has now closed but there are a range of shops close by in Freshwater. The steps to the beach were damaged in the storms recently but will be replaced. In the meantime you can gain access to the beach via nearby Colwell Bay.

We're sorry you found the chair a little uncomfortable and settee a bit low, we purchased the chair because it looks good and we find it extremely comfortable even though we are 2 young at heart over 70s! We recently rearranged the double bedroom to incorporate bedside tables with lamps either side of bed and put the chest of drawers in the lounge. We feel most guests prefer to hang their clothes up, which is why there are no shelves in wardrobe. Thank you for your review and we're so pleased you enjoyed staying in Seabreeze, although the weather turned extremely cold and very wet the week you stayed which was very unfortunate. We will have the knives re-sharpened on our next visit, thank you for pointing this out. Unfortunately although a large part of the road leading to the site was resurfaced this year, there is still a small part of the road when entering Monks Lane which needs resurfacing and hopefully that will be done soon. Why can't I call Gloria (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

How can I retract my booking request?

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gloria (the owner) a message.

If Gloria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
