This lovely ground floor apartment is in the village of Kingskerswell, close to English Riviera and sleeps up to two people in one bedroom.Garden View is a ground floor apartment which was recently refurbished to create a comfortable holiday home. Inside, Garden View is surprisingly spacious - ideal for a couple or a small family. The pretty garden which is shared with the owners has wonderful views over the surrounding area, giving a feeling of being out in the country, but it's just a short stroll to the heart of the village. The Lounge/Diner has patio doors to the garden and the smart kitchen is well equipped. An almost full height window in the large bedroom makes this room bright and spacious and the zip and link twin beds can be made up as a 6ft double bed. Close to the English Riviera, renowned for its palm trees and sandy beaches, there are many popular attractions nearby.

Town: A village in Devon that is an excellent place for a holiday. Kingskerswell has views towards Dartmoor National Park, buildings and great history. There is shops and pubs as well as a Post Office, the village also boasts 6 churches including one from the 14th century. It is a great place for walkers, with a woodland bordering the village as well as access to walking trails nearby, the Dartmoor National Park is also nearby and well worth visiting. Devon is a place brimming with fantastic places to go, Newton Abbott with its shopping and architecture, Torquay with its beautiful harbour and activities and Exeter are all within easy access and well worth a visit.
