The house was featured on House Hunters International in the fall of 2012.

Coral View House is a one of a kind house built over the Caribbean waters in a great location! There are so many wonderful things about this house it is hard to know where to begin. Jump off the huge front porch for some snorkeling, or just lay in the hammock and watch the boats go by! The water here is amazing!!! Views are stunning!

There are 3 bedrooms, and 2 baths. The open floor plan takes full advantage of the expansive porches and surrounding nature. Starfish Beach is a 10 minute boat ride away where you will find white sand beaches lined with Palm trees. Bocas Town is a short 10 minute boat ride where shopping, restaurants, and bars are located. Boat transportation to Bocas Town will be provided once a day. Additional boat transportation can easily be arranged.

Once you arrive to Bocas Del Toro, You will be provided a cell phone so you can reach us, and WiFi internet is provided.

There are many beautiful areas to explore. We will set up all tours for you and provide snorkel gear, coolers, floats, and towels. We know the best spots to check out which include, Zapatillas Cay, Crawl Cay, Dolphin Bay, Bastimentos, Red Frog Beach, Bird Island, Bocas del Drago, Bluff Beach and many more.

Thank for the review and the shape you and your wife left the house. I do agree the snorkeling gear needs to be updated and as well as few other things. We have been really busy this year and finally starting today we are doing a "Spring Cleaning" of the house before our next guest arrive. No doubt it got HOT for few days while you were here but being off the grid and the style of the house A/C is not an option for us. Jumping into the clear ocean water is a great way to cool off.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lorenna (the owner) a message.

If Lorenna (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
