There are 4 main extra large rooms, all en-suite with showers, wet room or spa bath. The upper floor has another 2 bedrooms which can accommodate families, groups of friends or people who wish to have room only. There are 6 single beds, and these rooms can be configured to suit your party size. Most rooms have a separate seating area with sofas or easy chairs, tea and coffee making facilities, TV with free view channels and there is free Wi-Fi throughout the house. The bathrooms are marble with heated towel rails, luxury toiletries and fluffy towels. Prices for group bookings would be £50 for the 1st person and £40 per person thereafter.
Breakfast (charged extra) is home made using free range products . Special diets can be catered to by prior arrangement. We have extensive landscaped gardens with plenty of seating areas, a duck pond, a barbeque lodge and views for miles around. There is lots of parking because Ivybridge, a 10 minute drive away , has the local and national train and bus services.
Within minutes, you can be on the moor, in a small village, at the seaside or on The Hoe in nearby Plymouth. Dartmoor Zoo is 10 minutes away and served as inspiration for the Hollywood Blockbuster, 'We Bought a Zoo'. Agatha Christie's Summer Residence is a 25 minute drive away and there are steam trains, paddle steamers and vintage buses on the round robin trip.
