Curlew Cottage is situated in Lower Peover, a mere 4 miles from the lovely Historic town of Knutsford. This refurbished 3 bedroomed cottage (one en-suite) has a country style decor yet has all modern day conveniences you would expect for today's living including on-site parking, a family bathroom and lovely garden with pond. Situated near open fields this is a small house with a big welcome, ideal for a weekend away or a week's holiday getting away from it all.

On site you will find Alpacas and chickens. The owners allow guests to feed the Alpacas under supervision.

You will be spoilt for choice with country dining pubs in the surrounding area or if you prefer to eat in we have a spacious dining kitchen with a charming window seat suitable for up to 6 guests. It includes all the amenities you would expect (electric cooker, induction hob, microwave, integrated appliances including dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washer/dryer). We provide a welcome hamper on arrival with all the necessary essentials. We also offer the option of a casserole (or other dishes) if required.

The sitting room has double doors opening onto the terrace and includes SKY TV, a Bang & Olufsen TV and an iPod docking station for your own selection of music. The cottage is also equipped with WiFi, and the downstairs area has a handy WC offering practicality in this stylish accommodation.

Why can't I call Mike and Jayne (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Mike and Jayne (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mike and Jayne (the owner) a message.

If Mike and Jayne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
