Villa & Apartment Victoria is a charming and spacious home with a garden (800m) in excellent location of the holiday resort lake Lipno.
It has luxurious and modern furnishings and a self-contained apartment which offers an extra space when used e.g. by two or more families.
The main features are a see-through fireplace between the dining and living room, spacious open-plan kitchen and large glass doors offering stunning panoramatic views over the lake Lipno and the surrounding mountains.
You can stay from 1 - 5 double bedrooms, majority with walk-in wardrobe and a one bedroom apartment with own open-plan kitchen & living/dinning area and a bathroom.
Around the house there is a large private garden with a brick barbecue and spacious terrace with garden furniture for your comfort, children play area with swings and slide and Finnish sauna located under the covered terrace (access directly from the house)
The house is located in the peaceful setting on the hill for beautiful views over the lake Lipno and only 20m from a large forest that offers number of walks (in winter: cross-country skiing).
The main house has well-equipped open plan kitchen including dishwasher & microwave and coffee maker that leads into the spacious, well-furnished sitting/dining area equipped with LCD TV and satellite system, DVD and CD player incl Radio. Main feature is the see-through fireplace between the dining and sitting area. Another impressive feature of the living room is two large glass doors offering panoramic views over the lake 'Lipno' and the surrounding 'Sumava' mountains (protected reservation area).
1 Bedroom Apartment (sleeps 2 + 2) offers extra kitchen & living / dinning space (Plasma TV & DVD) and washing machine.

Lipno lake and surrounding area is one of the most beautiful tourist destination in the Czech Republic. The small village on edge of lake Lipno offer lots of different restaurants and cafe bars so you will never get tired.
The lake offers many more possibilities for endless fun. The river Vltava (Moldau) offers many possibilities for canoeing and rafting. Hikers, cyclists and mountain bikers can make magnificent tours through this nature rich area.
Aquaworld is located only 500 meters away from our Villa and is open all year round. There you can find a large pool with water attractions – wild river with rapids, pearl bench, bubble whirlpool and pressure massage showers
The bobsleight-run in Lipno has 21 curves, 2 tunnels and horizons, total length 1 km. The bobsleigh-run above Lipnolake offers all this. Children from 3 years go with parents, from 8 years, you ride alone or in pairs.
Treetop Walkway Lipno is unique and the first walkway of its kind in Czech Republic, welcomed its first visitor on 10th of July 2012. The Walkway is delicately incorporated into the landscape around Lipnolake and uniquely complements the Lipno region. It completes the offer of sport, educational and entertainment activities. There are three adventurous stations with rope elements located at the height of 24 meters.
On the 675 metres long Walkway, you will enjoy not only unique views from the 40 metres high tower, but also many adventurous experiences. This all makes the Walkway an ideal destination for active visitors, families and seniors. Thanks to its barrier-free construction, the Walkway is suitable for all visitors. The top experience of the Path is one of the longest dry toboggans in the Czech Republic. The one in Lipno is 52 metres long and it goes down through the inner part of the view tower.
In the Forest Kingdom located under the Treetop Walkway you can spend hours having fun with your whole family. The new oasis at Šumava is devoted to games, fun and the practicing of motor skills. Regardless of age, save your energy for dozens of fantastic attractions.
In the Forest Kingdom, you will also find original ropeways, rope sets, tree towns, climbing frames, beautiful houses for children, castles and fortresses, carousels, sandpits and slides as well as a giant trampoline.
The ski-areal Lipno KRAMOLIN offers 8 ski slopes with total length of 11,6 km and 3 comfortable four-seat cable lifts.
In the ski-areal you can also find Snow Park with Jumps, waves rails, turns, stairs and several snowboard crates with railings. Snownet artificial snow system will allow you to ski throughout the whole Winter!
