Villa 78 is a fully equipped, self catering, brick built, 2 bedroom home from home refurbished to a very high standard with modern, luxurious new kitchen and bathroom, a comfortable lounge space, FreeSat TV and unlimited broadband / wifi, perfect for either relaxing and chilling out in or for use as a base for ventures further afield.

The apartment will be fully cleaned with disinfectants and other anti-bacterial cleaners between guest stays and is all yours for the duration of your stay. Clean, laundered bedding and towels (for use in the villa) are included and beds wil be made up for your arrival. Please bring your own towels for use on the beach.

Only a stone throw from the local, private, sandy beach with water sports equipment hire, beach front cafe (closed for winter), separate bar looking out to Looe Island and beyond and only a 30 minute walk along the South West Coastal Path into Looe itself. Great for families, couples and solo adventurers and as I have a no pet policy there are no lingering odors, animal hairs or fur.

The patio provides mesmerizing views across the bay and on clear nights is perfect for sitting out on and star gazing, with or without a glass of something chilled in hand !

For those with children (and for the big kids !) there are some crab lines, body boards and a couple of adult and kid wet suits (4) in the shed, there is also a BBQ, feel free to use them during your stay.

There is plenty of local parking but all visitors to the resort (whether staying guests or not) are required to pay for car parking; for long staying / regular visiting guests there are weekly and monthly charges of £20 and £40 respectively (so £40 if staying between 1 and 4 weeks). I have chosen not to include this in my pricing, if I did then the agent’s commission would be added to this too making things more expensive for you.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Graeme (the owner) a message.

If Graeme (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
