Tastefully decorated and beautifully appointed, this peaceful barn conversion offers comfortable and stylish accommodation for up to three people.Ideally located in a peaceful courtyard close to the owner's home is this delightful barn conversion, set in the tiny hamlet of Sweetshouse. At just seven miles from Bodmin, this wonderful property is also conveniently placed for the charming town of Fowey. The cottage itself has been constructed from local stone and tastefully decorated. Featuring a light and airy open-plan living space, the property offers magnificent views over the rolling pastures to the moors of Bodmin beyond. The cottage is well placed for all local amenities and activities and makes an exciting place to stay, no matter what time of year you choose to visit.

Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio, CD player, Wifi. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Town: Located in the Fowey river valley is the charming peaceful town of Lostwithiel. Set amidst woods and fields, this peaceful settlement is renowned as a centre for the antiques trade and there are several shops and dealers in the town itself as well as a fine collection of country pubs, restaurants and a thriving farmer's market. Nearby is the National Trust property, Lanhydrock House, in addition to the world famous Eden Project, shipwreck museum and tall ships harbour at Charlestown. The local coastline also makes a fabulous place for a day out, offering long sandy beaches as well as dramatic cliffs and dunes. Centrally placed for a wonderful holiday in Cornwall, the little village of Lostwithiel will leave visitors enchanted by the charms of this mythical region.
