Fletchers hall is a two million pound property and it states in our property description that we don’t accept large groups of young people for obvious reasons, just family groups. This review was written by one of a large group of students who turned up together.. I am always there to show guests round , especially outside as there is a lot of expensive equipment and I always wait if guests are late as I did for this group who were 3 hours late. As they arrived together I was able to show them all round and explained how to use the hot tub and that the hard balls for the football golf were not allowed in the pool, just blow up soft beach balls that we provide. We check levels and chemicals in the pool every morning at 7.30 Because of the value of the property and for guests security we have one working outside cctv as stated in house description but there are NO cameras inside the property or in the pool area. When coastal gales arrive we always check that the weights are on the £300 hot tub lid as it can blow off and get damaged We have over 70 5 star Tripadvisor reviews

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
