The apartment has 4 large double bedrooms.

We are located in a in a highly popular serene development on the edge of Manchester City less than 2 miles from Manchester City Centre, market Street, St Anne's Square and The Arndale Centre which is one of the most popular shopping Centres in the North West. Deansgate which is also a few minutes drive away - is full with bars and colourful nightclubs This house is just a 3 minute walk to Etihad Stadium (Manchester City Football Club stadium) so its very convenient if looking for accommodation for a sports or music event. The accommodation offers a self-catering accommodation with free Wi-Fi access throughout.

Great for those looking for a little more space than what apartments and hotels can provide in this lively city.

We are sorry that your stay was compromised. We intend to keep all our customers happy by providing a good service.We are very courteous and professional in dealing with our guests as attested to by other reviewers who have lived in our accommodation. We did not forget that you were coming as you stated. We do not keep our guests waiting and always on time. All the T.vs are working perfectly. There was a gas leak in the property at the time you arrived and an alternative accommodation was provided for you nearby while this was sorted and we also offered to refund 10% of your booking for this inconvenience. We have now sorted out the issues of the bins by getting more bins and ensuring that they are emptied always.The damage in the property have now been repaired and the property fully refurbished to a high standard.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send EMMANUEL (the owner) a message.

If EMMANUEL (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
