There is a lawn to the front as well as a courtyard with furniture and a barbecue. Grey Roofs is an incredible property in a sublime location, with lots to see and do including visiting Alton Towers, the market town of Ashbourne and Matlock.

Amenities: Underfloor heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. 3 Smart TV's with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Region: The ultimate in year-round appeal, the Peak District offers countryside, picturesque villages and magnificent scenery. It touches upon six counties and encloses 555 square miles of open moorland, flowing rivers, and wooded dales.

Town: Lying south of the Peak District, Ashbourne is a perfect example of an English market town - it has a market place with stalls, eccentric street plan, narrow cobbled alleys, coaching inns and almshouses. In its heyday in the 18th century, the town was a fashionable social centre and many fine Georgian buildings remain from this period. Today the town still has much to offer in terms of restaurants and inns and is regarded as something of a haven for antique hunters - but dont expect a bargain! For those who prefer outdoor pursuits, the Dove and Manifold Valleys are close by. Alton Towers is just 20 minutes away.
