This handsome, pet friendly period farmhouse in Millbrook, is close to sandy beaches and can sleep twelve people in six bedrooms.A ten minute lane walk from Millbrook and from the big sandy beach at Whitsand Bay via a cliff path is Tregonhawke Farmhouse, the origins of which go back to the 16th cent. Set over two levels, sleeping twelve in six bedrooms two double, a family, two twin and a single. Big fitted farmhouse kitchen with table, chairs and benches in the middle, equally big living room with wood burner, separate TV room. At ground level is a shower-room and separate toilet. Upstairs, two family bathrooms. To one side is a very pretty, enclosed garden with large lawn, garden furniture and BBQ. Mature trees and farmland surround it and about a three minutes walk away there is a coarse fishing lake (carp, tench, roach, rudd, bream and perch some as large as 25lbs!).

Bounded by the Lynher and Tamar rivers, the Hamoaze and the sea, the area is deeply rural and designated as one of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Thank you for your comments. I am sorry to hear you were disappointed with your chosen property. I can see we have spoken with you directly regarding the issues raised during your stay. As previously discussed, dogs are not to be left unattended in any of our properties to protect the welfare of the dogs, as well as the property itself.Regrettably when the property owner attended the property with a view to assisting with your complaint, they found that the property was vacant and left unsecured with all windows open. Due to this invalidating his insurance, the owner entered the property solely to secure the property. We are sorry if this has caused any upset at all during your booking.
