Response from the manager
Thank you for leaving feedback about your stay at Y Caban Clyd. I'm sorry that the lodge didn't match your expectations. Unfortunately we didn't hear from you during your stay so we didn't have the opportunity to speak to the owner about the issues you encountered, which is a shame as it would have been easy to rectify a lot of this during your stay. If you do go away with us in the future please do not hesitate to get in touch with any problems. Our Customer Relations team is available 7 days a week from 9am to 7pm for any concerns you may have. Kind Regards, Kathy at Sykes Cottages
