El apartamento está junto al puerto deportivo y muelle de Morro Jable, en una urbanización muy cerca del mar. El apartamento consta de un cómodo y amplio dormitorio con armario empotrado, un salón decorado con mucho gusto, con sofá-cama y televisión de plasma y una cocina muy bien equipada con modernos electrodomésticos y todo lo que pueda necesitar para cocinar. La terraza es muy agradable y dispone de una mesita con dos sillas y una sombrilla para comer al aire libre y disfrutar del fantástico clima de Fuerteventura durante todo el año. La casa dispone de todo lo que pueda necesitar durante su estancia, también sábanas y toallas. Incluido en el precio está una plaza de parking privada en el garaje de la urbanización.

- La limpieza inicial y final está incluida para estancias de al menos 7 noches. Si desea limpieza extra durante su estancia, ésta tendría un precio de 12€ por hora

- Recibimos a los huéspedes personalmente. Estamos localizables mediante e-mail o teléfono durante su estancia si nos necesitan.

- Al reservar con nosotros, si lo desea le enviamos a su cuenta de correo (sólo ciertas cuentas) una invitación a un mapa virtual en el que figuran un montón de recomendaciones y sugerencias sobre donde comer, que hacer y que visitar en el sur de la isla.

Alrededores

El Apartamento está en Morro Jable, en la zona del puerto deportivo. Su localización le permite estar cerca de la playa y de todos los servicios muy cerca, así como de tener el puerto deportivo para pasear, desde donde se ven fantásticos atardeceres.

El sur de Fuerteventura es un sitio ideal para practicar buceo y snorkel, kite-surf, windsurf, surf, ciclismo, etc. También es el sitio perfecto para simplemente relajarte y disfrutar de las playas más bonitas de Europa y de la gastronomía típica canaria en los numerosos restaurantes que hay cerca de la vivienda.

Cómo Moverse

Si lo que deseas es unas vacaciones tranquilas y relajantes en la playa no necesitas coche, ya que la playa y todos los servicios están cerca del apartamento. Además, hay autobuses que hacen el recorrido directo desde el Aeropuerto a Morro Jable, así como empresas que hacen transfers desde el aeropuerto hasta diferentes zonas de Morro Jable con un precio muy asequible . Si vienes en barco, el trayecto hasta el apartamento se pueden hacer perfectamente caminando desde la zona de desembarco de los ferrys.

Sin embargo, si te apetece conocer la isla y perderte por sus calas y rincones, entonces sí es recomendable disponer de coche para poder moverse libremente. Igualmente facilitamos a nuestros clientes un mapa virtual con todas las recomendaciones de que ver y que hacer en el Sur de la isla, con nuestros restaurantes favoritos y la localización de bellas playas y calas poco conocidas, entre otros.

Normas de la casa

- La vivienda se alquila a fumadores, pero sólo está permitido fumar en la terraza.

- Lo sentimos, pero no se admiten mascotas.

CHECK-IN Y CHECK-OUT

Como norma general puede entrar en el apartamento a partir de las 16:00 en su día de llegada, y debe salir antes de las 12:00 (mediodía) el día de su marcha.

Sin embargo, es posible entrar antes de las 16:00 en el apartamento sin coste alguno si no hay otras salidas de otros clientes el mismo día (pregúntenos por esta posibilidad para confirmar que es posible).

Por favor, tenga en cuenta que las entradas entre las 20:00 y las 24:00 (independientemente del motivo que las origine, como un vuelo retrasado, etc.) tienen un cargo extra de 20€ que se pagarán en efectivo en el momento de su llegada. Para entradas más tarde de las 24:00 el cargo extra es de 50€ en efectivo.

En cuanto a la hora de salida el día de su marcha, es también posible quedarse más allá de las 12:00 sin coste adicional, siempre y cuando no haya otros clientes llegando el mismo día o el siguiente. Por favor, pregúntenos al respecto para confirmarle que puede quedarse más tarde de las 12:00.

Estancia Mínima

La estancia mínima es habitualmente de 7 noches, pero en determinadas épocas es posible alojarse menos noches pagando un suplemento de 50€ por la limpieza final. Consúltenos a este respecto indicándonos sus fechas de entrada y salida previstas.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Jazmín (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
