Dreamcatcher is a lovely 'home from home' detached barn conversion, predominantly for adults, at Webber Hill Farm Cottages, consisting of just 2 self-catering holiday cottages, completely separate from each other, with their own very private gardens and in a beautiful English garden setting. The location is an ancient former farmstead with a fascinating history,

Away from it all, but not isolated, Dreamcatcher nestles amongst fields of sheep and cows. This cottage is specially for two people, detached and oozing with character. It has underfloor heating throughout and an enclosed, private garden. We accept up to 4 dogs, or house cats (2 pets stay for free - £25 per pet thereafter), please let us know if you are bringing pets so we can prepare their goodies. Set in the heartland of Devon this location is peaceful and a great base for exploring the market town of Okehampton (5 minutes drive), Dartmoor National Park (5 minute drive) and the Devon and Cornwall coasts (40 minute drive), with walks from the door.

The KITCHEN is very well equipped with microwave, range cooker with double oven (electric ovens, gas hobs), stove top espresso maker, fridge with 4* freezer compartment, dishwasher and washing machine. The table seats up to 4 guests and there is plenty of cutlery etc.

In the LOUNGE you can cosy up in front of the woodburner and watch a DVD on the 40" TV. There is a large sofa and an armchair, along with lots of leaflets and ideas of things to do.

There is a MEZZANINE reading room and yoga area, where you can sit and read quietly, or maybe practice some yoga - it's a great space for it! The mezzanine has a chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and reading lamp, enclosed hanging space and full length mirror Please note there is a low beam and restricted head room.

The BEDROOM has a 6ft zip and link Superking bed. We can make this up as a twin on request. There is plenty of wardrobe space and further hanging space and a chest of drawers on the mezzanine.

The SHOWER ROOM has a power shower and large shower enclosure, loo and sink and is adjacent to the bedroom.

The cottage has underfloor heating, as well as the added luxury of a woodburner (first basket of logs included). You can purchase further logs from us if you wish.

Centrally located in Devon our cottages are perfect for visiting the Devon and Cornwall coasts, historic houses and National Trust properties. Okehampton Golf Club is only about 1.5 miles away, with Ashbury Golf Course less than 10 minutes drive. There are over 40 nature reserves within easy travelling distance and quiet lane walks direct from the cottage, with access to Ashbury Forest about a 30 minute walk away with various options of how to get there.

How do damage deposits work?
