Wonderfully located traditional family house sleeping up to 15 in 7 bedrooms, right on the front in New Polzeath with stunning sea and beach views . Open plan granite kitchen. Sheltered Terrace overlooking the sea, instant access to huge sandy beach/surf and coastal path for walkers. Ample private parking. 1 dog is sometimes allowed by arrangement with the owners for a charge of £50 . Hire Linen and towels can be supplied if required for STG 25 per person.
