Rockside Studio is a delightful holiday accommodation in New Polzeath located close to Polzeath Beach and to the beach path with its access to Baby Bay beach. Ideal for a couple or a family with up to 2 children.The North Cornwall Coast has Dramatic Views, Stunning Beaches and the renowned Surf of Polzeath. Polzeath village has surf schools, restaurants, cafes and shops. The lovely sandy beaches of Daymer Bay and Rock are also close by, together with golf, sailing, water skiing, fishing, coasteering, walking the coastal path, and Rick Stein Cookery Courses in Padstow. Port Isaac is great for fresh fish, Doc Martin filming and the Fishermens Friends singers.

Shared garden with sheltered BBQ area. 2 small dogs considered by arrangement for a £30 dog fee.The Studio now has fast wifi + smart TV, a slimline dishwasher, a picnic set for al fresco eating and a Nespresso Vertuo Coffee Machine - please bring your own Vertuo capsules, and new in 2023.... a larger fridge freezer.

The Studio has a ground floor kitchen and shower room, with living and sleeping area upstairs for 2-4 guests (1 king bed - and 2 single z beds, suitable for children under 12 years old), plus a balcony. Linen and towels are supplied for the double bed, there is a charge for use of the z beds.
