Casa Esperanto is an exquisite 2-story beach house that is situated just 45 meters from the Las Tunas beach. Las Tunas is located south of Puerto Lopez , 15 minutes by Car / Bus /taxi and 30 minutes north of Montañita Beach.

The gated entry leads guests into a private yard featuring manicured landscaping, lush green grass, and vibrant gardens. The home's hardwood terrace is decorated with colorful hammocks & is an ideal spot for relishing in the serenity of the outdoor oasis.

Inside the house, the entrance way flows into a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, full amenities, ample cupboard space, and a large dining table. The perfect place for preparing meals with fresh local produce & sharing stories about the day's adventures with your family and friends!

Casa Esperanto boasts a chill "beach life" vibe characterized by the colorful hand-painted art featured throughout the house. The stunning mosaic spiral staircase leads up to the second floor where you'll find the two (2) guest rooms and a private bathroom (shared by the guests). A washing machine is also located on the second floor for convenient access.

The spacious guest rooms are true havens for rest & relaxation. Each room is furnished with two (2) bunkbeds and provide flexible sleeping options for guests. West-facing windows bring in ample sunlight during the day & provide gorgeous views of the sunset in the afternoon. Each room is equipped with a ceiling fan and an AC for temperature control. (sometimes the AC could not working properly due the salty environment) in that case we will notify in advance , but from May to middle of December the 98% of our guest do not use AC or Fan due the temperature are really fresh at the night and the day, the House has high ceiling so keep very good temperature inside

The second floor balcony presents iconic views of the Pacific Ocean & endless moments of 'tranquillo' from the cozy hammocks hung along the hardwood terrace. This is a perfect place to drink a cup of coffee and check out the morning waves or enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sun disappear into the horizon.

A sloping hill behind the house offers guests a peaceful & private spot, perfect for meditating, enjoying the vistas overlooking Las Tunas beach, or sharing a romantic moment with a special someone.

Casa Esperanto also provides guests with access to a private bamboo hut located directly on the beach. Here you can seek shelter from the sun after a stroll on the beach, relax in a hammock after an exhilarating surf session, or simply hang out & catch the amazing sunsets while enjoying a beer. You will discover first- hand that Las Tunas offers the best sunsets around!

The property is located just few meters ( approx 40 mts ) from the beach, it is "the second line ", there is ocean view from the big balcony house and there is a small slope in our backyard property, which has an amazing ocean view and nice spot to enjoy the sunset

important note : As we explained the house is 45 mts aprox. from the beach ( a block away or second line ) it is not a FRONT BEACH HOUSE, if you are looking for a complete ocean view with nothing else than just the ocean, you would need a front beach house then, refers the pictures, that show the ocean view from our balcony =)

the house has in the backyard a small slope, that is 7 meters high and offer a amazing complete ocean view , highly recommended especially in sunset days =)
