Designed and built ready for the start of the 2018/19 winter season, Apartment ACCORD adds a new accommodation model to the existing APASSION properties.

This chic first floor apartment is ideally located just a 200m walk from the Saix bubble and the foot of the Grand Crêt piste in the quiet hamlet of Vercland, part of the Grand Massif ski domain, and benefits from stunning views of the iconic Montagne du Criou and Mont Buet to the east and the start of the Grand Massif ski domain to the south.

Furnished to the same high standard as Chalet ALLURE and Chalet APASSION, the apartment consists of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of which is an ensuite), a spacious open-plan lounge / dining room and a modern, fully equipped, kitchen. The lounge also provides an additional accommodation option for two people with the inclusion of a high-quality sofa-bed meaning the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to six people.

The living area has been finished to an extremely high specification with elegant leather sofas and soft furnishings and the kitchen is equipped with all modern essentials even including a Nespresso coffee machine!

Both bedrooms can be tailored as doubles or twins, meaning the apartment is suited to families, couples or even to a group of friends. Sumptuous goose feather duvets and pillows, Egyptian cotton bed linen, cosy waffle dressing-gowns and complementary slippers all come as standard. The luxurious extras extend into the bathrooms with White Company towels and complementary toiletries.

Apartment ACCORD is available on a self-catered basis throughout the year. Breakfast is available for an additional charge on request.

Short breaks are possible outside the peak weeks of Christmas, New Year, February Half Term, Easter and the main summer holidays in July and August. Stays must fall within a Sunday to Sunday and be a minimum of 4 nights.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Rob Tarr (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
