Rosie's Place is a spacious and airy split level 1st floor apartment within walking distance of the beach and High Street with 2 private off road car spaces.
When it's not let out Rosie's Place is our holiday home and so we have furnished it and equipped it to the highest standards.
Imagine enjoying a freshly brewed Nespresso coffee at breakfast looking over Sandown Bay in the morning. Or perhaps strolling out for breakfast at one of the beach side cafes. Spend the day at the beach, walk the coastal path or hop on a train at the nearby station or take one of the local buses and go exploring.
We love to cook and so the kitchen is extremely well equipped (including a table top dishwasher) if you wish to self cater. Alternatively you can walk 10 minutes to a number of good restaurants or pick up some fish and chips (or other takeaway food) to eat straight out of the bag. Then relax in the cosy lounge and watch something you have recorded on the PVR, or choose something from our vast array of DVDs or listen to some music.
If you have children there are games and toys for them, plus each bedroom has its own TV and DVD player. And the wifi is free. We also provide a cot, high chair and stair gate for very little ones.
All bed linen and towels are provided. And if you want to keep those holiday clothes fresh and sand free there is a washer/tumble dryer in the kitchen.
The bathroom has a bath and a separate walk in shower for ease of access, with a separate cloakroom.
The private garden at the front of the property (for sole use by Rosie's Place guests) faces south and there is a picnic bench and gas BBQ for balmy evenings. There are also 2 off road parking spaces.
Central heating and electric are included in the price. Well behaved pets are welcome.
We can help you arrange a beach hut on Sandown beach for your holiday if you wish and will do our best to provide any other service you need or answer any questions you may have.

Really lovely apartment. Good location and so well equipped - coukd have stayed for weeks! Owners extremely helpful. Will definitely go again. Great even in the winter
We had a lovely stay at Rosie’s Place in the Isle of Wight, it’s such a beautiful apartment and so close to all the amenities in Sandown. Would definitely recommend this apartment and I’m sure we will use it again on our return
