This terraced cottage is in the village of Shillingstone near to Sturminster Newton and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.Apple Tree Cottage is a lovely terraced cottage situated in the village of Shillingstone just four miles from Sturminster Newton in North Dorset. The cottage can sleep four people in one king-size double bedroom and one twin, as well as ground floor family shower room. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburner. Outside is roadside parking and a private enclosed garden with furniture and BBQ. Apple Tree Cottage is a delightful cottage from which to explore this beautiful part of the country. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.

Amenities: Electric central heating with underfloor heating and woodburner. Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher,washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking for 1 car beside a lane within 50 yards, on a first come, first served basis. Bike storage. Enclosed patio with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome downstairs only. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 8 mins walk. Note: The steep stairs may not be suitable for people with limited mobility. Note: Intermittent mobile phone reception. Note: The cottage is situated beside a country lane and therefore some associated traffic noise can be heard.

Within easy reach are the ancient towns of Shaftesbury and Sherborne, whilst the scenic Dorset Jurassic Coast is also easily accessible.
