Ideally located for exploring the Cotswolds; One Spring Lake is a New England style lodge in the heart of the Cotswold Waterpark. The waterpark is made up of 150 lakes over an area of 40 square miles. Only a fifteen minute walk to the village of South Cerney with its shops and pubs and only four minutes drive from Cirencester, known as the "Capital of the the Cotswolds".

The lodge provides comfortable self catering accommodation for up to six people. The decking provides uninterrupted views across Spring Lake, a great spot to take in the wonderful sunsets.

Whether you choose to read, relax and watch the world go by or choose to take up one of the many activities available nearby, this is certainly the place to do it. A perfect getaway at any time of the year. Whether your perfect break consists of participating in a range of activities, sightseeing or a relaxing break; One Spring Lake is for you.

Entrance into an open plan kitchen and living room with french doors leading to the deck. The kitchen is well equipped for your all your needs; dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster and coffee machine for your convenience. The lounge area is furnished with a corner sofa suite and dining room table to seat six comfortably. Television with Sky and Netflix. There is a radiator downstairs but the log burner is the primary heat source in the lodge. We provide enough logs for your stay. You will find a portable electric radiator in each of the smaller bedrooms, along with a wall mounted radiator at the top of the stairs and in the master bedroom. There is a downstairs cloakroom with a shower also.

The master bedroom comprises a kingsize bed (drawers underneath) with views of the lake. Fitted wardrobes and cupboards ensure there is plenty of space for clothing and suitcases. (Please note one of three wardrobes is locked for owner’s use). Two further bedrooms provide flexible accommodation setup as one double (please note that this room has limited storage) and one twin room (stacked single beds) - please confirm when booking if you would like set up as a single or twin room. There is a family bathroom with an over bath shower and shower screen.

Decking with outdoor furniture and BBQ. Steps lead from decking down onto grassed area. Unobstructed views of the lake.

Electricity, heating, linens and towels are included. Please note that towels are for internal lodge use only. The lodge has free unlimited wifi throughout.

For food and drink on site visit the Lakeside Brasserie - the Brasserie screens live sport and sometimes live music! (Please note that the Brasserie has been closed during the winter for the last two years, so worth checking ahead if you are visiting us during this period). In the same building as the Brasserie is Lakeside Ski & Wake.

One Spring Lake has its own driveway, which accommodates two cars.

Some initial consumables are provided for your convenience (eg. tea, coffee, sugar, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, handwash, toilet rolls, etc).

Regrettably pets are not accepted. No smoking throughout the property.

How do damage deposits work?
