A delightful Eco, chalet style cottage, beautifully designed to capture elevated views over the stunning Suffolk rural countryside forming part of the Sotterley estate.

A stylish blend of contemporary and vintage, The Garden Coop is just perfect for a two. The ground floor has a warmed stone floor and wood burning stove, large flat screen TV with dvd and freeview. Ideally situated for leisurely country walks, cycling and horse riding.

Sitting area: with a cosy two seater sofa, single chair, Scandinavian style wood burning stove

Kitchen: Fully fitted, well equipped with induction hob, fan oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing/drying machine, stove top espresso machine & cafetiere, Krups Pixie coffee machine (which can be used with Nespresso or Nespresso compatible pods),

Bedroom: with a super comfortable Loaf king size double bed, closet with hanging space, vintage style chest of drawers

En-suite bathroom: with extra large shower, wc and wash basin

Outside: A enclosed garden with veranda, fire pit, table and chairs

Heating: Eco Air Source Pump provides hot water, underfloor heating throughout the ground floor and radiators on the first floor. A wood burning stove with an initial supply of logs and kindling

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Cottagetree (the owner) a message.

If Cottagetree (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
