Menagwins Court is a modern a development of two bedroomed cottages set within a courtyard layout built to take advantage of the fantastic views, over rolling countryside to the sea. Located in the small village of Gorran, just one mile from the sea.

The cottage has two bedrooms plus a bed settee to accommodate a 5th and 6th person (extra charge applies)

The cottage is furnished to a high standard and has under floor heating and double glazing throughout.

On the ground floor cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine/tumble drier and a furnished dining area. There is a cloakroom with toilet and washbasin. The fully furnished lounge has a 40" Smart television (with Netflix/Prime Video etc.), DVD player and a radio/CD player. From the lounge French doors lead onto the patio area with garden furniture and the communal courtyard with distant sea views across fields.

On the first floor the cottage has one bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with twin beds. Each bedroom is furnished and includes a radio alarm clock. A bed settee in the lounge accommodates 5th and 6th persons at additional cost. All pillows, duvets, bed linen and towels are provided, (linen will be provided for the bed settee if booking is made for 5 or 6 people but can also be provided by request for bookings of 4 people or less). The bathroom is finished to a high standard with toilet, bath, separate shower and wash basin.

Wifi is available free of charge.

The courtyard is a communal area therefore full access is available. The cottage has its own patio area with patio furniture.

There is a barbecue area in one corner of the courtyard (barbecue not provided).

Pets are not allowed into any of the cottages and we also request no smoking inside the building.

Short breaks are available during between October and the end of May, with a minimum charge of 3 nights (minimum 4 nights Christmas/New Year and Easter).

Bookings are only accepted Friday to Friday basis from May to the end of September.

There is parking for one car per cottage, with parking for a second car by arrangement.

There are NO facilities for the charging of electric vehicles. It is not permitted to charge electric vehicles from the power supply in the cottage.

Why can't I call Chris (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Chris (the owner) a message.

If Chris (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
