From the owner

A modern, fully equipped lodge on the front line of the river with panoramic views from both inside and outside the lodge. A bird watchers and fisherman's paradise, it has a south facing glass surround deck with outdoor furniture for dining set and chairs to relax by the river. A large open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen with views across the river, with a flat screen TV, radio and fireplace. The fully kitchen is fully equiped with an oven, microwave, under counter fridge freezer and washing machine. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, ample fitted wardrobes, bedside lamps and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has regular size twin beds, fitted wardrobe and family bathroom. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge. Towels and bed linen are provided along with an iron, ironing board and hair dryers.

Approximately 1 mile to the pretty market town of Stratford upon Avon, either take the river taxi (which is dedicated to this park) cycle or walk into the town. ( River taxi runs between April and end of October). The lodge is in an ideal location for exploring shakespere's county, historic Warwick and the Cotswold's also the famous Wellsbourne market is only 7 miles away. If you wish to stay on site then visit the amazing multi story club house with its indoor pub and outdoor refreshments by the river.

Fantastic stay!

We had a great time at this lovely lodge. In a great location on the river, very well equipped and nicely furnished. The beds were really comfy too! We would definitely stay here again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Stella (the owner) a message.

If Stella (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
