Marina Place Weymouth

Is a modern really light airy good sized, fully equipped apartment.

We also run a popular holiday apartment named Seasideweymouth

in Weymouth and you can see our reviews already on TripAdvisor for both apartments.

Marina Place is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, which Is on the 2nd floor of a 2 story building which is over looking the inner harbour, marina, bowls green and swannery.

We have Juliet balconies from the lounge and bedrooms with great views.

Its a very light and roomy apartment & is approximately a 2 minute walk to seafront beach and shops, and is just on the edge of town.

It is also only 5 -10 minutes walk from the Train & Bus station.

It has a gated parking area below the apartment,

From here there is access to the 2nd floor via stairs or a lift.

Its a good sized lounge, With a 55” smart tv, DVD player, cd/ radio.

It has a fully equipped kitchen diner. with large window & Juliet balcony over looking the Marina & Swannery, & beyond.

The main bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite shower room and the bedroom has ample space for a travel cot or ready bed supplied by the guest.

Also we have a 2nd bedroom with a triple bunk bed that will either take a couple on the double below or used as bunk beds for the children.

Both bedrooms also have the same great views.

There is also a generous sized family bathroom.

We provide bed linen & towels but not beach towels,

There is a HAIRDRYER provided also.

A very well equipped kitchen including dishwasher & full size fridge freezer and washing machine.

Marina Place Weymouth really is an ideal holiday apartment for family's or couples.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alison (the owner) a message.

If Alison (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
