Passengers little house is a newly renovated perfectly formed little bit of luxury, full of character, where you are welcomed by a double height ceiling, oak floor and luxurious carpet on the mezzanine which over looks the living space.This isn't a house for children under 12 years as due to the upstairs mezzanine.

Passenger is an ideal holiday pad with spectacular views of the seafront only a 2 minute walk away . Perfect for a romantic get away and friends sharing as airy and spacious. This is a very safe neighbourhood and we are on hand if needed so also great for the lone traveller.

Tankerton slopes are just steps away at the end of the road, you would never be disappointed at the view from the 'slopes' all weathers and seasons its a very special arena to see so far out to sea and so much sky above.

It's easy to pick up your glass of wine and wonder from the house to the front sit on one of the many benches and enjoy the view. This is a sea front without crowds often you can spend the day with what seems like your own private piece of beach in-between the groynes that go out to sea at regular intervals.

Graystone Road is one of the beautiful long wide roads leading directly to the seafront with a traditional wooden seating house at the end on the Slopes over looking the sea perfect for fish and chip dinners.

Jojo's a fantastic award winning tapas restaurant with sea views, can be found along the slopes perfect for lunch or dinner.

No need to miss out on any of the hustle and bustle of Whitstable life it is a 15 minute walk along the front where the crowds await. Whitstable is packed with amazing restaurants and independent boutiques along side some more obscure spaces and outlets.

The night life is great you can choose how much of it you would like to soak up there are always live bands in many of the local pubs, Whitstable is well known and respected for its live music. It's at this point when I am always happy to be living in Tankerton returning to the quite and calmness for sleep.

I would post that this destination is a great all rounder there are many other great places to visit with easy access from here by car or train with the station only a short walk from the house.

At the end of the road is Tankerton high street where you will find a mini Tesco's, very handy, many take aways, a micro brewery pub, The Tankerton Arms, wine shop\bar, restaurants and more. The bus stop is also very conveniently placed at the end of the road you can hop on a bus either to come home or go out for the evening in Whitstable or Canterbury, Whitstable being only 5 minutes away.

KITCHENETTE

We have a perfectly formed, bespoke to the space, kitchen area. It has all you need, microwave, hob, toaster, fridge\freezer, coffee making and well stocked with all utensils.

ABOUT THE HOUSE

Be aware that it has a mezzanine and balcony which can over- look the pull down bed down stairs, if there is more than two of you staying.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Amanda (the owner) a message.

If Amanda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
