Delightful creek side holiday cottage set on a small quiet estate off country lane right on the waters edge. Water views are a 10 metre walk away. 5 minute drive from Fishbourne terminal or even walk it from ferry and leave the car at home! 10 minute walk to good transport links for Newport & Ryde. Local shops inc takeaways, Italian restaurant & an excellent pub\cavery 10 minute walk down same lane. Woodside beach, restaurant, bar and quiet woodland again a very short walk up lane.

The property boasts a good sized lounge with a 38” freeview television and DVD player along with a selection of DVD's including modern blockbusters. A variety of board games are also available for your enjoyment. An attractive electric stove is also within the room. 2 bedrooms can be found upstairs via 2 small flights of stairs. One bedroom to the front contains a double bed, the second a 'triple sleeper' bunk bed - a small double bed underneath, single to the top. There is ample storage within both bedrooms. Both are served with their own en suite shower rooms with a further shower room and another toilet located downstairs (there is no bath to be found within the property). The separate kitchen diner to rear of property is fully equipped and includes a slimline dishwasher & washer dryer for added convenience. The kitchen table will comfortably seat 6 if pulled out. The cupboards are extremely well stocked with all the tableware items you would expect to find.

We are pleased to further offer complementary tea, coffee, sugar and free unlimited fibre based wifi.

There is decking to the front of the property with private woodland behind. A selection of outside chairs are provided for your use.

The ideal quiet holiday base for exploring all the Isle of Wight has to offer with friends or family.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Phil (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
