Would be appropriate to state in details of cottage that it is not suitable for pensioners as the stairs are quite dangerous.… More
I mention that the stairs in the cottage are steep and not suitable for people with restricted mobility in the property description. I also contact guests to remind them about the stairs before they stay but I will put the information about the stairs in capitals in the property description to highlight the fact that they are steep and narrow.

We stayed at the bolthole for a long weekend,and what a fabulous place it was. The owner Sarah has done an excellent job at making it a real home from home,it is a real cosy and comfortable place.
Welcome to the the Railway Chalet at Snettisham Beach. This deceiving building actually incorporates an old railway carriage where there is a living room and two bedrooms: the main bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds which can form a double.
