Thank you for your comments. As you state, the property is ideally situated so that you can walk to the beach (end of the road) shops, restaurants, pier and various attractions. We are sorry that you felt the mattress in the main bedroom was a little hard, as this is an orthopaedic mattress and having slept on this myself the week before, I (and others) have found this extremely comfortable. The support leg underneath the bed does not stand straight for some reason, but it is not broken. Thank you for your kind comments. We are glad you enjoyed your stay, especially the Seaviews.

Our bungalow is situated on the private estate of Kings Park and is reached by driving approximately 300 metres through a small housing estate which is part privately owned and part housing association it is not a council estate.
The play area mentioned in the review is outside the Kings Park private estate and is dedicated for the local residents in the adjacent community. We recommend our customers to use Princes Park (1 mile away) if they require more facilities than the slide and play house we provide.
Our prices are based on the letting of the bungalow irrelevant of number of occupants, based on full occupancy of 6 this equates to £20 per person per night which we consider very reasonable for the quality and comfort offered.
