Kylemore has been accurately described as a Mews Cottage, being opposite a church in a leafy lane. Maintenance - Kylemore has been booked out solidly for the last 2 years and is also now fully booked until the new year. We have 5 hours to carry out the cleaning and property maintenance between guest leaving and arriving. I agree that the paint work needs to be touched up in some areas, guest arriving and leaving with luggage, children and pets take its toll on paint work over the course of a busy season. Frustratingly, not all guests take care of the property as if it were their own home.
Our aim is to provide a good quality, clean, well equipped and comfortable environment for guest to have a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. We do not discriminate against guest that have children or pets. We find that most guest return and recommend the property to friends and relatives, and from the level of demand for this type of property we are clearly providing an accommodation choice that is scarcely available elsewhere to families and pet owners.
Church bells, the property description states that it is opposite a church. St Nicholas church is a higher church and during wedding season the bells do ring and so does the church clock. We find that this all adds to the charm of village of Pevensey.
Communal area, there is no communal area. Displayed in the property is a copy of the title deeds which defines the garden area which is open plan with some fixed visible and non-visible boundaries. This is displayed so that there is no confusion.
