We are horrified to hear the bed collapsed. We asked our joiner to go in immediately on seeing this review and he went round and reported the slats had become misaligned but he fixed it within minutes. We would have called him earlier for you if you'd let us know.
The window in the small room does not open, you're right. Pilgrims' Way is 300 years old, and the back window has been stuck for a good few of them. We've had several joiners try to free it but to no avail.
We are also sorry to hear that you found the kitchen ill-equipped. The instruction manuals are in the welcome folder. Once again, we are sorry to hear you were disappointed.
