Set on a small holding near Aberaeron this cottage is over 200 years old. Located directly opposite the farm house this cottage is a great base to explore the nearby coastline of Cardigan Bay including the resorts of Aberaeron and New Quay. With a cosy woodburner this can be the ideal place to relax after an eventful day walking the wild Welsh hills or enjoying family fun on the beaches nearby.

Ground Floor

Traditional style lounge making a great feature of the bread maker in the wall, a cosy woodburner and seating for 5 people on sofas and armchairs.

Kitchen includes a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, half sized freezer and dishwasher.

Bathroom includes wc, sink, bath and shower over bath.

Bedroom with double bed, cupboard and side-tables.

Utility room - with side entrance to the property, washing machine and a great storage area for walking boots or outdoor gear.

Twin bedroom in a gallery style with 2 single beds and large cupboard.

Enclosed garden area and also walks and further shared areas across the small holding.

    Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

    If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
