This mid-terraced cottage three miles from Aberaeron sleeps six people in three bedrooms.Mill Cottage is a mid-terraced cottage on an organic farm three miles from Aberaeron. The cottage has two doubles, one with an en-suite, and a bunk room. There is a family bathroom, a cloakroom, kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. Outside is off road parking for two cars, an enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ, and shared grounds including a games barn, large grassed area and play area, and fishing lakes. Mill Cottage makes an ideal family base for enjoying the walking, cycling, beaches and villages of the area.

Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, shared use of 2 x washing machines and 2 x tumble dryers and a freezer in external utility, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books,games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture, BBQ and Hot Tub. Shared use of large lawned area with children's play area. Shared use of lake fishing (catch and release). Three well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Note: Cottage accessed down lane, some of which is not tarmaced so not suitable for low suspension vehicles. Note: Property does not provide any towels for hot tubs.

Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Town: Aberaeron is a small town on the coast of Mid Wales, near Cardigan and Aberystwyth. Aberaeron has an attractive harbour, and a variety of shops and tearooms. There is also a pebble beach. From Aberaeron you can enjoy cycling, walking and discovering the region's many craft centres and museums.

Well equipped cottage. Secure garden for dogs and toddler. Great play area. Barn with games for teens. We would have liked to be in walking distance of a pub with food but enjoyed our stay anyway. … More
