The Loft at Lluest Cottages is a first floor apartment, part of a traditional stone barn sitting alongside our other cottages (The Cow Shed, The Coach House and The Granary). Situated just 3 miles from the harbour town of Aberaeron, you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the country life whilst having modern conveniences and attractions within easy reach.
Access is via a metal staircase, and as this apartment also has wooden flooring throughout and no separate garden we are afraid we are unable to accommodate pets in The Loft.
The apartment consists of an open plan living/dining/kitchen area with maple wood flooring. The kitchen area is fully equipped with electric oven, hob and microwave, and a washer/dryer. The living room has an electric fire, TV, DVD player and a selection of board games, DVDs and books. The bedroom is equipped with a superking size bed, beautiful handmade wardrobes, drawers and bedside tables and the luxurious bathroom has a corner bath and separate shower cubicle. Rental also includes free use of Wi-fi plus all electricity, plus all bed linen and towels are also provided. Parking isn’t a problem – you can pull up right outside the stairs. Access to the cottage is via a private lane which is fully tarmaced. There is also a secure bike store available for those looking for an energetic break.
The surrounding area has much to offer, including beautiful walks along the Wales Coastal Path, where bottlenose dolphins and seals can be spotted on a clear day! The picturesque harbour towns of Newquay and Aberaeron offer unblemished beaches, restaurants, boutique shopping and art galleries that are waiting to be explored. If it’s towns you are after then the university towns of Aberystwyth and Lampeter along with the historical town of Cardigan are less than 20 miles away. And for something different, why not visit the Centre for Alternative Energy at Machynledd Wherever you visit you will find the Ceredigion countryside is stunning offering both pastoral and rugged scenery, with the AA voting the B4574 Cwmystwyth to Devil's Bridge road as one of the top 10 scenic drives in the world.
