Very Large luxury private apartment offering open plan living, this designer apartment is fully furnished entirely with furniture and homeware from Marks & Spencer and caters for all your needs. Sleeps up to 4 people, 1 private bedroom with Double bed and 1 double sofa bed in the large living area all with Marks & Spencer bedding and towels. Samsung LED 55" TV , Sky TV and giga fast fibre broadband and your very own virtual assistant Amazon's Alexa in each room allowing you to chose your favourite music dim the lights or adjust the heating just with your voice.

Ideally suited to someone visiting Aberdeen and looking for a relaxing environment more like a home rather than a hotel.

Decorated and styled throughout with MARKS & SPENCER products this apartment is in a central location, yet peaceful area set in a tree lined street. Only minutes walk to a bus stop and a short drive to the train station, so whether you are visiting on business or pleasure this apartment will suit you very well.

This luxury apartment is centrally located overlooking the River Dee in a grade 2 listed building with period features and has private off street parking. This very large one bedroom flat has a designer style with open plan living.

The living area with mood lighting has two large sofas (one of which is a double sofa bed) and comes with all the necessary bedding. Samsung LED 55" 3D TV with Sky Q TV and ensures you will be well entertained. (SKY Cinema available)

The Dining area caters for up to four guests and the apartment comes fully equipped with all your tableware and crockery. You will also have a cocktail cabinet housing all your glassware and barware, ice bucket cocktail glasses etc. all from M & S of course!!

The designer kitchen has fully integrated Siemens and Bosch appliances, full size dishwasher, fridge, freezer washer/dryer, Induction Hob Touch screen Oven, Microwave/Steamer, plate warming drawer, even a wine cabinet!

Siemens built in “bean to cup” coffee machine, and all the necessary cups to make your preferred choice of coffee.

The King bedroom is decorated to a high standard with top of the range M & S Autograph bed and bedding and includes a Samsung flat screen LED TV also with SKY Q TV, mood lighting, electronic safe, Corby trouser press, iron and board with bathrobes.

The bathroom has a bath and shower, heated flooring, all towels provided. M & S toiletries provided.

Why can't I call RICHARD (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send RICHARD (the owner) a message.

If RICHARD (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
