Studland Dene is an exclusive development perfectly located just 150m from Alum Chine Beach. The accommodation is great for families; but also couples & business travelers.

Our luxury 3 bedroom family apartment is situated on the ground floor of the exclusive Studland Dene development. With sea views, the property benefits from a large terrace leading off from two of the bedrooms where you can enjoy al-fresco dining or a sundowner!

The apartment is stylishly furnished with an open plan living area with fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances.

Privacy doors can be closed to separate the bedroom area from the living and kitchen area. There are two further bedrooms 1 king and 1 twin (can be made up as a King) that are accessed via an internal hallway. The bathroom is a wet room with walk in shower.

Please note the large terrace is shared with our studio bedroom apartment next door. Each apartment has its own patio furniture.

Hello and thank you for your comments. The listing does accurately describe the bedrooms and number of bathrooms and apartment layout but we are sorry you felt it was too small to meet your requirements. It is a shame the weather was poor during your stay as well. I believe the problem with ants was dealt with very quickly as it is a problem for lots of people at this time of year. The Concierge are on hand to manage enquiries, but the information does state that problems with the apartment should be directed either at us or our Management Company. Our terrace is indeed shared with the apartment next door, but is sufficiently large to accommodate both.

Perfect Apartment

Had a great time with the family. Apartment was superb and lovely terrace. Location was great. Just a walk down the road past some beach huts and the beach. Would definitely recommend.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sarah (the owner) a message.

If Sarah (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
