Notice to Guests: The property will be deep cleaned in between each booking. Social distancing will be observed by the host, guests will be met outside the house.
Situated in the heart of the South Lanes in the centre of Brighton. An exceptional and unique Grade II listed property for groups up to 6. We are very close to all the major conference venues and Brighton mainline rail station is only ten minutes walk away and all local bus routes as well as the coach station are only five minutes walk away.
The house was originally built in 1780, it is ideally suited to families and friends who wish to share. The house offers a wonderful getaway but with the advantage of being in the town centre close to all Brighton has to offer.
INFORMATION FOR GUESTS; CHECK-IN - 3.00pm, CHECK-OUT-- 11.00am. Keys are held at a KeyNest location, a few minutes from the house. Guests will be given key collection code prior to arrival.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
We do not accept bookings from Stag/Hen/Graduate/Spring Break parties or similar. This property is situated in a residential area with many neighbours surrounding it and noise/music must be kept to low levels.
Please note, this is NOT a "party" house and if you are coming to Brighton for that purpose then it is NOT the property for you.
The property has two bedrooms with four single beds in bedroom one and two singles in bedroom two, (see photos). There are two bathrooms. There is a private patio, perfect for relaxing. The open plan kitchen and living room is fully kitted out with all that you need for your holiday, with large flat screen TV, white gloss and stainless steel units and leather sofas and a large extendable dining table. Perfect accommodation in the centre of town for wedding guests, and conference delegates. Whether you are here for a long stay or just a weekend, this beautiful house provides the perfect location for a holiday. Please email re. flexibility on bookings, when possible we will always try to accommodate shorter/longer stays. For stays of one month or more please email for reduced long term rates.
Public Transport; Brighton mainline rail station is only ten minutes walk away and all local bus routes as well as the coach station are situated only five minutes away from the property.
Parking Information. The nearest car park is the Black Lion multi-storey at the end of the lane on Black Lion St. There are two large multi stories off West St, which is a 5 min walk. There is also on-street meter parking which now take credit cards, but limited to 4 hours.

Please leave the property as you found it with all dishes, cups cleaned/dishwasher emptied. Extra cleaning costs may be applied if more time is needed to clean and prepare the property.
Please DO NOT use any type of party glitter products, confetti, party sprays or similar products. These products are extremely time consuming to clean up and a mandatory £100 charge will applied to the deposit if any of these types of product are used in the house or patio area.
Breakages to be paid for from the deposit.
N.B. Unauthorised late checkouts will be charged at £50.00 per hour or part thereof past the stated check out time unless a later time has been arranged in advance.
