A garden retreat with a spa!

The Garden Apartment is a perfect oasis and would be ideal for a discerning executive here for work or fantastic for a small family on holiday. A beautiful garden, your own spa area with sunken hot tub and sauna and private parking too. The apartment is a unique holiday let property in Brighton and offers a tranquil and exclusive home from home. It has been furnished tastefully to a high standard and offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. A garden which is ideal for children too. Very highly recommended.

There are two double bedrooms with double beds. There is a Futon sofa bed in one bedroom and Futon chair bed in the other bedroom.

The Garden Apartment is an apartment with a spa! Enjoy your very own spa area with sauna and sunken hot tub with doors leading out onto a beautiful garden. The patio area has sun loungers and outdoor dining too. This apartment is for a discerning client and would be ideal for someone here for work for a longer period or as a fabulous base for a family holiday in Brighton.

The apartment is in Withdean, in a very highly regarded district of exclusive homes on the outskirts of Brighton close to Preston Park. Just a short drive to central Brighton and with great transport links on your doorstep. Because it’s on the outskirts of the city centre near Preston Park it’s also not far from the A23/ A22 network.

This makes it really easy to explore other places like Lewes Castle, Drusillas Zoo, the beautiful Sussex Downs and Ditchling Beacon or many other places Sussex has to offer which are ideal for family days out. Preston Park is nearby also and offers great facilities for children and has a cafe. There’s also Preston Manor to visit which is meant to be haunted!

There are two bedrooms and one bathroom. Both bedrooms are spacious; one has an additional Futon sofa bed, the other has an additional Futon chair bed.

Entrance

The apartment has it’s own private entrance and parking area. Please note there are steps to enter the apartment but once inside it is all on one level.

Interior

The apartment is all on one level on the ground floor. There is an open plan living/dining room with a comfortable corner sofa, large wall mounted LCD tv. Large patio doors lead out onto a terrace and the garden. The dining table is of contemporary design and seats 6. The kitchen is small and beautifully finished with colour co-ordinated tiles. Everything you need to self cater is there and there is also a microwave. There is a washing machine and dishwasher.

The Master bedroom is a very spacious room and also has doors leading out onto the terrace. There is a double bed and a Futon sofa. The second bedroom also has a double bed and a Futon chair bed.

The bathroom is a shower room with large shower and wooden seating area. Next to this is the sauna and the spa area with marbled floor and mirrored walls and a sunken hot tub. Doors lead out onto the patio. Enjoy a sauna and hot tub and then relax out on a sun lounger on the terrace, enjoying the trees and greenery while the children play in the garden! Perfect!

Exterior

The garden is large and has an extensive patio area with a dining table for 6 and outdoor sofa. There are sun loungers and the enclosed landscaped garden offers a green and peaceful retreat. There’s a table tennis table too.

Please note the tree house and trampoline are not to be used.

There is private parking for one car. If you do have more than one car please ask at the time of booking.

Hi Nerea Thank you for our review . I think this is quite exaggerated . We have a garden of an acre and yes there maybe some occasions when we had been away that it had not all been cleared up . But hardly to the extent you have mentioned . In f most guests have complimented the beautiful garden . There is also a beautiful woodland . We will clear up any plastic yet again I think this is grossly exaggerated

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Peter and Val (the owner) a message.

If Peter and Val (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
