Welcome to our perfectly positioned 3rd floor apartment with stunning views of the Carnoustie Links Golf Courses.

The property has 3 bedrooms to sleep 6, a master bedroom with en-suite, and 2 further doubles and a family bathroom. There is a large open planned living, dining and kitchen area with 2 sets of double patio doors opening out onto a private balcony with views of the famous Carnoustie Hotel, Golf Links and a sea view.

The property has a fully fitted kitchen, with dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, freezer and microwave oven and towels will be provided. There is also a security entrance and lift to the 3rd floor and comes with 2 private parking spaces.

A short walk into town and you can visit some of the local Hotels, cafes, pubs, supermarkets, hair dressers and beauticians. There is also a Spa and swimming pool within the Carnousite Hotel. There is a train station linking you to Dundee / Aberdeen and a bus service too. There are lots of coastal walks and tourist attractions close by.

The apartment is ideally situated to many local golf courses like the The Old Course at St Andrews, Kingsbarns, Scotcraig and Moniefieth to name a few.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Hebbie (the owner) a message.

If Hebbie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
