From the owner

Brunswick House has been a cherished holiday retreat for our family for the last 20 years. Brunswick was completely renovated in 2012 to offer it out for holiday rentals (other than our family!) We hope that there is everything you could need in our lovely house. The ground floor and lower ground floors are available to be rented. The ground floor consists of a living room in the bay window on the left of the house with the kitchen behind. The master bedroom is in the bay window on the right of the building with en-suite bathroom to the rear. Downstairs in the lower ground floor, there are two further en-suite bedrooms.Although the house can sleep up to 8, we strongly recommend that there are a maximum of 6 adults. For more than 6 people, the beds are fold down Z beds.We can configure the master bedrooms as just a double or we can add 1 or 2 Z-bedsLower ground bedrooms can be configured as king size double, twin, triple, quadruple or double with twin or single.Facilities:Range Cooker, Large fridge freezer and dishwasherWashing machine and tumble drier.Gas central heating.TV'sDVD PlayerMP3 dockWi-FiHigh chairFull games cupboard!IMPORTANT: The house does have a quirky layout whereby there is shared access to the two privately owned apartments above, through the centre of the house between the master bedroom and the kitchen. This has never been a problem for us but please see the plans in the photo gallery if you are concerned.
